Good Samaritan Msolwa

‘’What ever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did it for one’’ (Mt 26:40).

Good Samaritan Hospital was established by the Society of Missionaries of Compassion (MC), in 2015 at Msolwa Ujamaa, Morogoro Region, Tanzania. Rev. Dr. Jose Kaimlet, the founder of Missionaries of Compassion was moved by the request of the local people to open a health facility whenever he visited the Parish of Msolwa Ujamaa which was one of his earlier missions in Tanzania. He then envisioned the establishment a health facility to cater to the health needs of the place in accordance with the objective of the Society of Missionaries of Compassion and shared his desire with the Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Ifakara, Most. Rev. Dr. Salutaris M Libena who wholeheartedly welcomed the idea and facilitated the process of establishing Good Samaritan Health Centre in the land donated by the village of Msolwa Ujamaa.
