They are toasting their newly found friendship.
“If you had five television sets, would you give me one?”
“Naturally.”
“If you had five autos, would you give me one?”
“Of course.”
“If you had five shirts, would you give me one?”
The person asked shook his head.
“Why not?”
“Because, I have five shirts.”
Wishful thinking of great acts of generosity is pleasant; but when it the question of real charity even at a very lower level is quiet another matter. Sharing and caring hurts.
